Components are produced from a wide range of various materials.

Materials used include:- Mild steel, medium and high carbon steel, cast steel, forgings (cast and steel), stainless, aluminium, brass, bronze nylon etc.

Quality

We are dedicated to quality and operate first off, in process and final inspection of all components. We have full material traceability which when required a certificate of conformity can be provided with each batch of components.

Batch Quantities

SJG Precision can manufacture components in quantities from single units up to several thousand depending on customer requirements. We can also deliver these components as and how the customer requires in order to fit in with there specific requirements, be it on scheduled basis or a timetable of the customers making.
